Mount the seat to the new suspension and reconnect any wiring. Route wires so they have enough slack for full seat travel but cannot snag, pinch, or rub against sharp edges. Reinstall any protective loom, clips, or clamps removed during disassembly.
Adjust the seat before operating
Set the weight adjustment for the regular operator. On a mechanical suspension, this is often a knob or lever that increases or decreases spring preload.
